Terms of Service
These terms explain the rules for using 5equence and help keep multiplayer games, social features and the community fair and safe.
Using 5equence
By creating an account or using 5equence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for maintaining appropriate security over your account credentials. Do not attempt to access another player's account.
Fair play and acceptable conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with matches or service infrastructure, impersonate another person, spam users, harass players, or use 5equence for unlawful or abusive activity.
Messages and uploaded content
You are responsible for messages, profile information, photos and videos you choose to upload or send. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, deceptive, infringing or harmful to other people.
Moderation and reports
5equence may provide reporting, blocking and moderation tools. Accounts or content may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address abuse, cheating, security risks, violations of these terms or risks to other players.
Game and service availability
Online gameplay depends on network connectivity and backend availability. Features, game rules, matchmaking, rankings and other service functionality may be corrected, improved or updated over time.
Account deletion
You may request permanent account deletion using the Permanently delete account option available in Settings.
Intellectual property
5equence's software, visual design, branding and other app materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not give users ownership of the app or its underlying software.
Service disclaimer
The service is provided subject to applicable law. Temporary interruptions, bugs, connectivity problems or service changes may occur despite reasonable efforts to provide a reliable experience.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
