Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information 5equence processes, why it is used and the choices available to you.
Information we process
5equence processes information needed to create and operate your account, including your name, email address, game name, profile information, profile photo, authentication and security information.
Gameplay and multiplayer information
We process gameplay information such as rooms, matches, game results, leaderboard activity, online or activity status, friend relationships and information needed to operate multiplayer games.
Chat and uploaded media
If you use social features, 5equence may process friend messages and media you choose to send, including chat photos and videos. Profile photos and chat media may be stored using a cloud media provider.
Reports and safety
When players use reporting or safety features, we may process report details and related account, profile, room or message information so reports can be reviewed and the service can be protected.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide multiplayer gameplay, maintain saved game and leaderboard information, operate friend and chat features, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate reports and maintain service security.
Service providers
5equence relies on service providers for infrastructure used to operate the app. Uploaded profile and chat media may be processed by Cloudinary, and backend or database hosting providers may process information required to operate the service.
Account deletion
5equence includes a Permanently delete account option in Settings. The deletion process removes account-related app data according to the service's deletion process, including associated social, game and communication data where applicable. Limited information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service information. No internet or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app, its features or its data practices change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
